Cloudburst problems
We’re experiencing some issues with the cloudburst node. Engineers are working diligently to get it back online 100%.
Update:
10:57 - Server back online. VEs are starting up, some are having to re-initialize quotas after a hard system reboot.
11:05 - All but one VE back online.
11:25 - All VEs online.

Upstream network connectivity issue
Our upstream provider had a small network blip. We’re investigating the issue to ensure it doesn’t occur again. If you have any questions, please contact us at support@sliqua.com.
Update: Issue with upstream connectivity to Level3 caused intermittent outages for about 5 minutes. Outage has been resolved and we will continue monitoring.

Configuration Update
We have updated modsecurity rules on a few servers including falcon and eagle. This is a “beta” ruleset that should provide a huge speed boost. Please report any problems to support@sliqua.com.
