Make an Emergency Ticket

  • Login to the customer portal located at https://sliqua.billingarm.com
  • Click on the “Support” tab
  • Select “Emergency Ticket” from the Department drop-down menu
  • Provide as much detail as possible about your issue
  • You should receive an update within 10 minutes from on-call support staff

Call the Network Operations Center (NOC)

Our network operations center is operational 24×7x365 to handle critical service interruptions. In the event you have a critical issue, we recommend first opening an Emergency ticket. If you don’t receive a response within a few minutes, give our network operations center a ring.
